The situation
Organizations with sensors, gateways, and lobby screens had readings scattered across devices, no reliable offline detection, and no clean way to bill or alert when something actually mattered.
What we built
A multi-tenant cloud platform that ingests device telemetry, normalizes it through templates, and gives each organization its own devices, users, branding, and settings. Operators get dashboards and reports; the platform also runs digital signage and subscription billing.
Technical highlight
LoRaWAN via ChirpStack, MQTT pipelines, OTA firmware, Stripe subscriptions, and Twilio IVR phone-call alerts that require acknowledgment — IoT built as a SaaS business, not a one-off device app.

40+ external integrations. Alerts by email, SMS, push, and phone call.
